Dried particle drying system of pump material for bathroom industry
The raw material grain drying system is specially designed and manufactured for energy saving and consumption reduction of raw material production in sanitary ceramics industry. The whole drying system includes: raw material refining device, raw material grain production device, pump material grain conveying device, pump material grain layer circulation drying device and hot air heating and humidity control device assembly. It can produce semi-dry and wet mud grains with water content ≤ 15% (designed according to customer requirements), greatly shorten the ball milling time of pump material mud by 30% ~ 40% (according to customer raw material formula parameters), greatly reduce the ball milling cost of pump material mud, and reduce carbon emissions.
